DecemberThe Council of Ministers assigned the Kuwait Municipality to go ahead with the necessary measures to implement the master plan. The project will be forwarded to the Public Services Committee to study all aspects of the project, and to overcome the obstacles they may face. Client intends to issue five bids for the project. It has decided to split the contract into five projects to give a chance to more companies which are interested in investing in infrastructure in the country. It has decided to offer the project to the private sector on an investment basis to save funds.The project will be split into contracts which will be offered to bidders separately.
