Notable bidders vying for the construction contract include Alghanim International General Trading & Contracting Co and Al Ahmadiah Contracting & Trading Company. The bid closing date is scheduled for 11 March 2021. The main construction contract is expected to be awarded by Q2, 2021.

AprilBoubyan National Real Estate Service Company is expected to award the main construction contract for this project by the second quarter of 2021. The bidders for the main construction contract include Ahmadiah Contracting & Trading Co, Alghanim International General Trading & Contracting, Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al Kharafi & Sons, Sayed Hamid Behbehani & Sons, and First United General Trading & Contracting Company. Excavation works are currently in progress. The project is planned to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2024.
