Scope of work includes design-build project at Subhan Military Complex, south of Kuwait City, is for the construction of two pre-engineered metal building systems consisting of a large open area for warehouse/storage operations and multiple separated smaller administrative office locations inside the buildings. These warehouses will provide air-conditioned, climate-controlled spaces for storage of material for the Kuwait Ministry of Defense. The Period of Performance is 585 days from Notice to Proceed.
