Companies that have pre-qualified to bid for the main contract include Al-Ahleia Switchgear Company, China Sinopec, Fluor Corporation, Larsen & Toubro, Petrofac, SNC Lavalin Engineering Company, Enppi Engineering Company and IMCO. Amec Foster Wheeler has been mandated as design, infrastructure and project management consultant for the project.
