Detailed design work is currently in progress and a tender for main construction is expected to be released by the end of November 2019. The contract is likely to be awarded by mid-March 2020. Pan Arab Consulting Engineers (PACE) in JV with Buro Happold, Topotek 1 and Transsolar Energietechnik are the design, lead and structural consultants for the project.
